"Les fruits" is French for "The fruits."

From the collection, Les fleurs et les fruits (the flowers and the fruits), which is a decorative collection of nine oil paintings inspired by the sweet and simple joys of life — ripe fruit, blooming flowers, and the warmth of summer. Each piece highlights color, texture, and abundance in nature. 

This painting is highly textured to give the illusion that it has been painted directly on a rock or a weathered wall. The painting is painted on a wooden board coated with crushed pumice rocks - pumice is a kind of volcanic stone, which is created when volcanos erupt - and a final layer of oil paint is gently painted on top of the pumice in natural tones and simplistic imagery.

The painting comes framed in a light oak frame, ready to hang, signed on the back, and with a certificate of authenticity.

If you instead want to find your own frame, then please let me know, and I will send the painting without the frame. 

Please note that the frame is glassless to really show off the beautiful texture in this painting.
