Shipping rates
Getting your orders out are our top priority, we try to get your orders out as soon as possibly and always within a week.
You will receive a tracking number and email notifications with the details of your order and delivery updates. My goal is to ensure a smooth delivery experience. If you notice any errors in your shipping details or if any information is missing, please contact me as soon as possible.
If you order a combination of originals or limited edition prints and open edition prints, then the shipping rate is double what you see here because originals and limited edition prints are sent from my studio and my open edition prints are sent from another location in Denmark or the US for American orders.
Rates are approximations. Exact rates will be provided at checkout.
Denmark: 40 kr.
EU: 13,95 €
USA: 10$ for not-limited edition prints (will be sent from the US)
and 80$ for originals and limited edition prints (will be sent from Denmark)
Other countries outside of the EU: 37 AUD $
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Julie Celina Art is not responsible for any customs, taxes, and tariffs applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Refunds
Original paintings
You can return your original painting within 14 days of receiving it and get a refund as long as the painting, you bought, is still flawless and in its original packaging. Please get in touch with us at juliecelina.art@gmail.com within 14 days if you wish to return your painting. The buyer pays for the shipping of the painting they want to return. We will refund the money for the returned painting when we have received it and have made sure that it is still in perfect condition. With the package please send a copy of your receipt/invoice and a note making sure you want to get your refund.
Prints and other merchandise
If you want to return a print or other merchandise, it is possible within 14 days after you receive the product. This is only the case if the product is still flawless and unused. Please get in touch with us at juliecelina.art@gmail.com if you wish to return your product. You need to send back the print or other merchandise in safe packaging so it’s clear that it is still new. With the package please send a copy of your receipt/invoice and a note making sure you want to get your refund.
Warranty
Should you find any flaws in a Julie Celina product, which is not caused by yourself in any way, within 14 days, please write us an email with the subject ‘Customer Complaint’ and we will take care of it as fast as possible. Are you suspicious about the product when delivered, please consider whether or not you want to keep it or return it - if it gets any flaws caused by yourself, we can’t take it back and give you back the full payment.
The warranty applies to the defects in the goods - this means defects that have been present at the delivery point or errors whose cause have been present at the time of delivery. Ex. manufacturing and material defects.
