This is an embroidered version of the oil painting of the same name. This piece features the plant, Echinacea, which has been an ally for humans for centuries to boost our immune systems and fight off various diseases. 

This piece of artwork is hand-embroidered on linen fabric with yarn that used to belong to my grandmother, she was the one who taught me to make embroideries when I was a child. 

The white frame is included, and the embroidery comes ready to hang. 

An embroidery is an image that has been sewn onto a piece of fabric with thin strings of yarn using very small stitches.
